The small text is written in Neo Script by the brothers (Jean-Claude and Michel) Demarchi for Mecanorma in 1972.

Curious: Where did you find the first names of the Demarchis and the fact that they are brothers? As far as I can recall, all sources I found only mentioned initials (J.C. & M.), see also this Use.
