David Behrmann & Cleek Schrey, ISSUE Project Room, New York

Type By’s Klub in use on a poster for “an evening with pioneering composer David Behrman in collaboration with fiddler, improviser, and composer Cleek Schrey” performing together “re-worked pieces from the past, embedded Appalachian fiddle tunes, and new compositions” at Issue Project Room. The poster was designed by Anja Kaiser in 2018.

High contrast is achieved through the dark colored type and the way Anja Kaiser is mixing two widths of Klub: the condensed Klub 02 Bold and Klub 10 Normal. For the information layer she makes use of Klub 11 Normal in a smaller point size.
