Tcell Tajikistan
Omnes is the brand typeface of Tcell, a mobile telecommunications provider from Tajikistan.
Dubai-based agency The Tribe designed the new visual identity and chose to use Darden Studio’s Omnes throughout. The approachable sans serif can be seen on shop fronts, point-of-sale displays, ads, website graphics, and more.
The Tajik language is currently written in Cyrillic script, although it was previoulsy written in the Latin and Arabic scripts. In 2019, Omnes has been extended to support Cyrillic and Arabic, in addition to Latin-based languages. The Tcell identity is one of the first major uses of Omnes Cyrillic.
