Dish is the manifestation of an idea that was sparked by Kelly Shield.
The project emerged as a collaborative cookbook illustrating the spectacular involvement, merit, and contributions of the hospitality community toward a fundraising goal for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, to which all proceeds go.
It showcases a selection of forty-four of Australia’s most renowned culinary institutions, featuring chefs, restaurants, and cafes. Participants of the project include
