Artwork including cover and booklet, for the Primeiros Sintomas album, from the seminal São Paulo punk band Cólera, released on EAEO.
The idea was to appropriate zine language and punk classic aesthetics to highlight a remarkable event of the group — a celebratory collage of moments rarely seen. The images were printed multiple times, as well as the song titles and tracklist. All that material was then torn, wrinkled, and pasted back to be scanned and treated on Photoshop, to achieve a tactile impression.
Akzidenz Grotesk and Akzidenz-Grotesk Condensed were chosen to purposely clash its classic, regular shapes with the noisy design.
