Album cover for Felicità Tà Tà by Italian singer, actress, and TV personality Raffaella Carrà.
Puff Wind here is used with three of its four forms for the letter A: flat bar to the left in the title, high bar to the left in “Raffaella”, and high bar to the right in “Carrà”. Judging from the glyph order in a Mecanorma specimen, the F in “Felicità” was originally intended as E.
Putting them to the left of the letters would have made it clearer that they are grave accents rather than acute accents, but I do not know Italian, so maybe it is obvious.

I love the dot-shaped accents! See also the integrated grave accent for Lucky in this other Italian single sleeve from 1974.

There’s no á in Italian. And context goes a very long way.
