Established in 1967 by Daniel Filipacchi, Photo is a French bimonthly magazine about photography. In 2018, after many different layout all over the years, République Studio took over the design direction of the magazine and did a new formula, with all text set in only one typeface: Basel Grotesk by Chi-Long Trieu, soon to be released through the Swiss typefoundry Optimo.
