Le meilleur des jeux de mots, 2006

Series of “best of” books, written by Sébastien Bailly and published by Éditions Mille et Une Nuit, an imprint of Fayard. The covers were designed by Olivier Fontvieille, using the old Macintosh system font Chicago for the titles. Chicago was shipped with Mac OS “between 1984 and 1997 and was an important part of Apple’s brand identity” (Wikipedia). The author’s name is set in FF Meta (1991).

  1. That isn’t Trade Gothic – the first book uses plain ol’ Franklin Gothic while the others use ITC or URW’s version of that typeface.
