The loose and inconsistent layout is dictated by the absurdity of circumstances and the disproportional punishment in Kanes’ case. This longform is unsystematic, dynamic, animated, whimsical, wrong and disproportional in its’ details. It can be perceived as an attempt to grab the attention at all costs. Even at the cost of readability.
