Sleeve for Dr. John’s “Jet Set” single, released on Beggars Banquet in 1984. The typeface is Othmar Motter’s Motter Ombra. It’s used here with its unusual H that follows the minuscule construction as it’s common in fraktur. This glyph sometimes gets replaced with a more conventional form, see e.g. Fu Manchu – Gigantoid album art.
