Branding and visual identity by Since Today for Theater Aan Het Spui in Den Haag, Netherlands. The new identity took off with the arrival of the theater’s new director Cees Debets, and expanded in many directions until the collaboration was discontinued due to a reorganisation of the theater in 2017.
Starting from a photography-based identity in 2013, the posters, flyers and booklets quickly became more and more abstract, with a lo-fi paper-and-scissors approach. Among the different typefaces used for the typography, three typefaces were present from start to end: an extra eroded version of Block was used for the logo, assisted by Eagle and ITC Cheltenham in programs and booklets, and on some posters.
Program, 2013.

This cut of Block with uneven contours is the Regular Condensed style from URW’s version, which was also distributed under the alias Rund No1. It seems to be no longer available.
Thanks for the feature..
My pleasure Jonathan. I would have loved to watch the series evolve some longer!
