Interactive installation for HBP A new era in Big Neuroscience exhibition at the European Parliament in Brussels.
The Human Brain Project is a scientific research infrastructure for neuroscience and high performance computing. Co-funded by the European Commission, the project involves 116 universities and research centres across Europe.
The app was designed to highlight the figures and participation of each European country in the project. It allows to visualize the interconnection among the institutions, their commitment to research areas and their international collaborations.
The data visualization was build using SVG / D3.js and controlled by hand gestures using a motion detection device.
