Composed by Jacques Offenbach and performed by the Orchestre De La Garde Civique de Bruxelles under the guidance of Paul Uy, released by Unidisc in 1975. Printed by Imprimerie Jean Colombet in Paris. The sleeve designer invented a few caps for the lowercase-only Spring.

I assume you mean the typeface and not the record, right? Spring is a pre-digital typeface. There is a digital interpretation called Jojo, but that’s a commercial release. Which means you can license it (see the source links on the typeface page), but it’s not for free.
