The small type appears to be set on an IBM Selectric typewriter using the Prestige font. Bitstream’s Prestige 12 Pitch is the closest digital approximation.

That’s the original typewriter version of Prestige Elite, which was indeed available on the Selectric. Prestige 12 Pitch is merely a digital interpretation that came out years after Afterjail was released.
Correct. I have replaced Prestige 12 Pitch with Prestige Elite.
