SIS stands for Swedish standards Institute, a non-profit organization that operates and coordinates standardisation in Sweden. The Institute decided to modernise their magazine, Standard Magazine, to promote their brand and to create awareness of the social and commercial benefits of standardisation among policy makers in particular.
For this publication, renamed S, Appelberg, one of Sweden’s larger editorial communication companies and specializing in creating printed and digital company magazines, has chosen Tablet Gothic to be used in texts, some titles and secondary headings, along with a serif typeface for big headings.
