   Hm, “History of Jewish Radicalism” may be Knockout, but the rest of the type is not. That ‘S’ has more in common with Bureau Grot, for example, but is too bumpy to be either. My guess is that wood type is the source.

   The main title and author appears to be set in Gothic Medium.
