Brazilian poet Zuca Sardan has been publishing sporadically since the 1950s, although his diplomatic career kept him away from Brazil. Ximerix/Xiremix was illustrated by the poet himself. The book was meant to keep the aesthetics of fanzine but with a hint of graphic refinement.

The constructivist caps are stylistic alternates from Euclid BP Bold. This font has been revised and expanded into a full family, now known as Euclid Flex.
