  1. Hello Stephen
If I’m not mistaken, Vignelli didn’t actually favour any version of Garamond, but ATF’s Garamond 3 — as used, for instance, in his Field Guides (1977–1994) for the Audubon Society.

  2. Does anyone know the font and size used in the Hex Hall series?
  3. Just visited vignelli.com. Not what I expected, to say the least. Anyone got an alternative link to the Vignelli Canon PDF?

  4. Ah, bummer about the URL …

This is one of the many cases where the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine is worth gold. Here’s a snapshot of the website from 2014, complete with the Canon pdf.

  5. BTW, Vignelli didn’t really stick to this defined set of typefaces. Clarendon, for example. See more of his work and typefaces choices.

  6. Another source for the Canon PDF is the Vignelli Center at RIT.
