For Hard Candy Shell’s 7th birthday, a new logo set in Sharp Sans 2 (using both Lubalin alternate ligatures and custom ligatures). Primary use is HCS Violet, with black and white as secondary usage. An ‘HCS’ secondary marque was also developed but is used rarely.

The design is by Hard Candy Shell. The font, Sharp Sans Display No. 2, was made by SharpType. It comes with so-called Lubalin Capitals & Ligatures, an homage to Herb Lubalin and ITC Avant Garde Gothic.
