Is the condensed sans Murray Hill Gothic? At least a few of those glyphs ring a bell to me.

Yes, that checks out. Steinweiss was both a customer and collaborator of Photo-Lettering, Inc. He designed their 1950 catalog and also released his own Steinweiss Scrawl typeface with them.
