This mural on ul. Pawła Włodkowica in Wrocław, Poland probably dates back to the 1970s or 1980s. It lists the addresses of various dental and medical services that belong to the Vita cooperative. The angular constructed caps are modeled after New Zelek, designed by Bronisław Zelek for Mecanorma in 1974 (following Zelek, 1972). Note the compact diacritics — a macron-like kreska for Ó and Ś, an Ł with a one-sided bar. Today, there is still a medical clinic named Vita on ul. Oławska 15, the address listed on the right.
