Bush’s Best canned baked beans are the best-known product of Bush Brothers and Company, founded in 1908 in Tennessee, United States. Their baked beans – based on a family recipe – were launched as a retail product in 1969.

In 2021, Carmichael Lynch was hired for a redesign, providing the venerable canned food brand a fresh look. A new color palette with primary colors is paired with Aperçu Condensed by Colophon and Estudio Calderón’s Bordonaro Script. On the website, body text is rendered in Aperçu’s regular width.

Bordonaro Script in use for a T-shirt celebrating the Los Angeles Dodgers and their victory in the 2020 World Series. Bryce Reyes’s design was inspired by Vin Scully and and honors all of the franchise’s championship banners. The shirt was made available from Big Fly Gear in October 2020. Bordonaro Script is paired with Futura and two unidentified “collegiate” fonts.
