An uncredited digitization of Ribbonfaced Typewriter (before 1978).

Comes in two styles. Harting I (a.k.a. Plain) has a bouncy baseline. Harting II (a.k.a. Regular) is less unruly and has more characters. According to the font info, Harting Plain was made in 1992. WSI had a version named Linenstroke (1997) which appears to be based on Rakowski’s digitization.
