Based on types used by the Estienne family in Paris and Geneva in the 16th century. Started as a bachelor’s degree project at the Haute École d’Art et Design, Geneva in 2014. Originally released with Typotheque in 2017, in 4 weights plus italics, and accompanied by Thesaurus Display. Moved to Fuerte in Nov. 2022, now named Thesaurus Text.
