Systems (Rapitype) in five variants: Lightline, Medium, Heavy,
Inline (contoured), and Shadow. [Focus
specimen] Used already
in 1970. Pinto Inline and Shadow were
adopted by Mecanorma, with the design credited to Roy
Sprong/Rapitype. Both styles were announced in 1972 [Ariadne].
Three solid weights (Lightline, Medium, Heavy) are shown by
Castraft under the alias Puma [Castcraft 1978] and by Solotype as
Pinto [Solo 1992]. Pinto Inline is
shown as Prince San Inline [Dan X. Solo: Moderne
Alphabets, Dover, 1999].
