Appears in PLINC’s 1969 Alphabet Yearbook. Apparently modeled after 19th century sources, see Octagon Gothic Condensed Shaded. Distinguished by some details, including a longer middle bar in ‘E’, a larger counter in ‘A’, and a rounder ‘O’.
Nick Curtis’ Double D NF is a digital interpretation, but it’s not clear how close it comes to the original as there are very few letters from the Dimensional alphabet shown in PLINC catalogs.
