The Road to Los Angeles is a novel by the American writer John Fante. It was written in 1936, but was published posthumously in 1985 by Black Sparrow Press.

Santa Fe, released by Letraset two years earlier, clearly references the Art Deco-era origins of the text. Barbara Martin used alternates such as ‘T’, ‘L, ‘g’, and ‘o’ for this cover.
