Rub-down lettering manufacturer Formatt offered a version called Circuit Double.
There are various amateur digitizations, including Retro Stereo Wide (Gus Thessalos, 2010) and DXS Yagi Double (Dick Pape, 2010, based on a showing in Dan X.
