Windsweep is an alphabet designed by artist Rodney Matthews and reproduced in his Voyages extrêmes monograph (1990) with a 1984 design date, showing a set of capitals and numerals plus basic punctuation. It’s unclear if it was produced and released as a font at the time.
In 1994, Richard William Mueller turned it into a digital font named Windswept MF (used for sample), with scaled-down caps in the lowercase.
