This entry is for one of two italic styles accompanying the upright West Behemoth. It was issued before 1965 [PLINC 1965] and shown as West Behemoth Clarendon Italic 11 [PLINC One Liner 1971]. Distinguished from the later West Behemoth Clarendon Italic Swash by the lack of swash forms and also by entry strokes and pronounced exit strokes on ‘ahilm’ etc.
