Digital versions include Kleukens Antiqua NF (Nick’s Fonts, 2007, used for the sample) and Trieste (Scangraphic, Elsner+Flake). The former is inauthentic in ‘q’, ‘w’ and ‘y’. The latter spans 3 weights plus an oblique. Its monocular ‘g’, the round-bellied ‘p’ and the eszett deviate from the original, among other details. Trieste Italic is generally faithful to Kleukens-Kursiv. The only revival to include ligatures like ‘SZ’ or ‘tz’ is the one made by Christine Gertsch at KABK (2012, two sizes, unreleased).
