A Photo-Lettering Futura variation by Victor Caruso in 1960 [Agfa, 1994] and/or Ed Benguiat [Benguiat at TYPO Berlin 2000], with an extra large lowercase. Some digital versions were renamed to PL Fute, perhaps to avoid trademark infringement with the owners of Futura.
