Plaza

Released in 1975 in three styles. Originally known as Playboy, until Hugh Hefner threatened to sue. [ISTD]; and renamed sometime between 1976 and 1980 to Plaza, Plaza Ultra, Plaza Inline. A fourth style, Plaza Decorative (Ultra w/ shadow and horizontal hatching), was added in 1981. [Daines] The latter was copied by Fotostar as Playmate Lined [Devroye]

Among digital versions, Scangraphic’s is the only one to include all 4 styles as well as the alternates and swash capitals.
