credits Kalligraphia to Otto Weisert, but that appears
to be a mix-up with an unrelated
design of the same name made around 1901.
Cast by Kloberg in c. 1897 as
Reclameschrift Kalligraphia. Latter carried by
Berthold who acquired both Kloberg and Reinhold. In 1895, Berthold
extended the term of copyright which was first registered by

Kalligraphia), Roos & Junge/L. Wagner/Lettergieterij

Digitizations by URW (previously named Kelvin), Scangraphic, Elsner+Flake, Linotype, SoftMaker (also as Karin). SoftMaker’s is poorly spaced, but is the only one to feature the original ‘xzXZ7’ with crossbar. E+F’s has the original descending ‘7’, but without crossbar.
