Also shown in PLINC’s Alphabet Thesaurus (1960) and later listed as an “original handlettered design” named Quaker (Vivante) Inline. [PLINC One Liner 1971] Copied by VGC as M-4. [VGC 1969] Mecanorma [1967 ad] and Formatt [1974 catalog] had versions for dry-transfer lettering under the alias Jet, which provided the basis for the digital revival and expansion Jest (Harold’s Fonts, used for sample).
