Designer and illustrator. Pratt graduate. Author of Art Deco Designs, Motifs and Alphabets (Dover, 1972) and New Art Deco Alphabets (Dover, 1975). The latter is a source book with 38 original alphabets, many of which have been made into fonts by others.
