Pivot Point Physio is all about functional methods to recovery and physiotherapy. They wanted to stand out in an industry filled with clinical/sterile brands – bringing a warmer and more human approach the the design language. Our approach was to treat the brand more like it belonged in the health and wellness space opting for natural textures and colors combined with a theme of motion.

Round is the typeface used for vielfältig, Germany’s first outpatient care service focusing on sexuality and gender diversity.

vielfältig. Bremen is rethinking outpatient care, focusing on sexuality and gender diversity. With this approach, they are pioneers in Germany and are closing a gap in the services available to queer people. Approachability, openness, and a good dose of humor and lightheartedness – these are the qualities that define the two founders, Hannah and Judith. These characteristics are also reflected in their corporate design and guide them in every new challenge.

Fundacja Hospicyjna (“Hospice Foundation”), Centrum Opieki Wytchnieniowej (“Respite Care Centre”) and Opieka w Demencji (“Dementia care”) organized a first debate in a series named “Dementia Care. The Environment Matters”. The aim of the meetings is to draw special attention to the issue of dementia. In addition to open discussion, special visual spaces and educational materials were also prepared to present the various everyday challenges faced by people with different stages of this condition.

In addition to creating an event with lectures opening discussions on dementia, the organizers also undertook to showcase a range of symptoms resulting from progressive brain damage caused by various diseases. The main presentation demonstrated how visual perception changes in people with dementia, including how they perceive everyday elements such as black objects on the floor or reflections in a mirror. Such installations were displayed during the event at the Respite Care Center and in the largest shopping malls in the Tricity area of Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot – Forum and Riviera. Dementia can affect virtually anyone, directly or indirectly, so this was an important aspect to highlight in the project's visual communication.

During the design process, attention was paid to the elements prepared by the organizers, introducing participants to the experiences of people with dementia. Therefore, the visual key focuses on the phases of the visual field, which changes from vision similar to that seen through a diving mask to that seen through a telescope. This presentation of the problem, reinforced by large typography, was intended to intrigue people who might see these materials in public spaces, for example, as posters on advertising poles or as animations on public transport screens.

Hauss and Raum, the new typefaces by Justin Sloane and Huw D. Williams, in use for display and text for Mitome, the world’s first comprehensive mitochondrial analysis testing kit. On their website, they use Neue Montreal.

Hauss and Raum are living up to their promise as a perfect display and text pairing. The futuristic health testing company, founded by Chris Masterjohn PhD, seeks to put mitochondrial health at the forefront of conversations around energy, cognitive function and aging. The forward-facing clarity of Hauss and the organic cellular forms of Raum fit the job perfectly.

Zorg van de Zaak is one of the Netherland’s largest occupational health services. The rebranding of the identity has been done by Dutch studio Revolte. They chose Moulin and Control by Commercial Type as the typefaces.

Revolte was tasked to completely rebuild the brand. We preserved the brand equity by retaining the name, main slogan and the primary color. In the strategy meetings we decided that with the new focus on larger organisation the brand should present as a bit more refined, elegant, but still approachable. It should give an editorial feel: a well put together quarterly magazine for a distinct audience, instead of a daily paper for the masses.

Molberger has redesigned the identity and website for the Ygdra, a new medical clinic at Ullevaal Stadium, Oslo.

The typeface used is Store Norske Ja, from Skriftkompani.

Gamay is the typeface chosen for the identity of Inovacare.

The Norwegian healthcare company uses Darden Studio’s most recent release for all branded communication. The typography of the bilingual website is proof that Gamay performs great both for display and text. In larger sizes, its almost-vertically cut terminals make for a superb eyecatcher. When used small, Gamay’s sharply defined shapes ensure crisp, readable text.

The sans serif features in three of its weights: body copy is in the Book and headlines in the assertive SemiBold, while the main menu is presented in Gamay Medium. The Inovacare logo is based on all-caps Conglomerate by Typetanic Fonts.

Gamay was designed by Viktoriya Grabowska with art direction from Eben Sorkin. The family spans six widths with nine weights each, in upright and italic styles. It’s available from Darden Studio.

The Centre for Preventive Care is a speculative design project exploring the future of healthcare. In November 2022, the Centre for Preventive Care, set in the year 2052, opened its doors for a week inside the main entrance of Stockholm’s Södersjukhuset hospital.

During this event, visitors were invited to experience a healthcare visit in the future and to contemplate the pros and cons of prediction and prevention.

The project was then turned into a website (in (Swedish and English), serving as an archive of the event as well as a plateform to continue the conversation online. This project was commissioned and financed by Vinova, the Swedish agency for innovation.

Joshua Jevons Design, in collaboration with Jellyfish, has developed a new brand identity for Siftwell Analytics, an AI-driven healthcare analytics company.

The design combines a bold, refined color palette with the compressed weight of JAF Bernino Sans in all caps, and Arpona, achieving a good balance and clarity.

9am Health is a California-based company delivering tailored digital solutions for people suffering from diabetic conditions.

Dinamit by Revolver Type plays an important role in the rebranding of Eurocept Homecare by Doordacht.

Eurocept Homecare is a home care organization that plays a leading role in moving specialist care to the patient’s familiar environment. Because they have the entire chain of medicine preparation, medical technology and home care in their own hands, Eurocept is of enormous added value to both the patient and the doctor. Eurocept's multidisciplinary approach is the blueprint for how they can continue to meet the increasing demand for care in an aging society.

On the website and also elsewhere in the identity, Dinamit is paired with Quincy CF.

Eurocept has all kinds of divisions: from medical technology and drug preparation to nursing and clinic care. All these divisions work together via one healthcare information platform, a platform where the doctor can request care and the patient has immediate insight into his or her treatment.

Doordacht has brought all these different names together under one brand: Eurocept Homecare. They are not separate operating companies, but collaborating disciplines. These disciplines together make the brand promise come true as we have defined it: further in care nearby.

Klinikverbund Südwest (KVSW) is one of the largest municipal healthcare providers in southern Germany and unites six hospitals across different locations. In order to establish a clear, uniform identity, a comprehensive rebrand was carried out. The aim of the project was to promote a strong community and a sense of belonging for the approximately 6,000 employees who are responsible for the care of 550,000 people in the Böblingen and Calw districts.

The new brand strategy was developed in a workshop together with Sarah Laprell, Christina Scheib and Michelle Weber from Studio Oskud and brand strategist Nadja Hogl. This involved defining target groups, analyzing the existing brand personality and formulating a new mission and vision. The central message is: The hospital group sees itself not only as an association of its locations, but also as a community characterized by professional excellence and humanity.

A central aspect of the rebranding is the typography, in which the Pangea font family by Christoph Koeberlin (Fontwerk) plays an essential role. This clear, geometric yet softly formed font design reflects the modern values ​​of the clinic group and is used in both the logo and as the primary font. It is used in the orientation system of the new administration building as well as all forms of communication.

Pangea is complemented by the serif font Torrent by type designer Manushi Parikh (Indian Type Foundry). The secondary font creates a down-to-earth and elegant effect thanks to its differences in line thickness and forms a harmonious contrast to Pangea.

Pangea also forms the basis for the key motif, which visually emphasizes KVSW’s local identity by integrating the initials K, V, S and W. The multicolored presentation and flexible design scope of the key image reflect the versatility of the association and ensures adaptation to different media formats.

A new color palette was also developed and offers a broad spectrum that allows for flexible and easy application. It characterizes KVSW’s lively image and ensures consistency and accessibility across all media. The furniture in the new buildings was also changed in line with the new scheme. The new brand colors are dark blue, light blue, beige and red and the colors of the figurative motif are orange, yellow and green.

The final result is a consistent brand identity that positions KVSW as a uniform and trustworthy healthcare association.

Triniti Health’s mission is to empower individuals with progressive mindsets by connecting them to premium products and services.

Their new website is set in Rigatoni Bold for headlines and Barlow Condensed for body copy, giving into the modern, friendly and people centred approach to health.

Propel, formerly known as the Providers app, has rebranded with a fresh visual identity centered on empathy and trust. The redesign features Grenette (Colophon) for display typography, lending a bold, yet inviting presence that reflects the company’s commitment to dignity and accessibility. For body text, Polymath (OH no Type Co.) was chosen, offering a clean, geometric structure that conveys clarity and reliability—qualities essential for users navigating important information.

This typographic pairing aligns seamlessly with Propel’s goals: a welcoming interface where users feel understood and secure. Vivid colors and authentic imagery of real people further emphasize the hardworking spirit of the community Propel serves. The rebrand is more than aesthetic—it signals the company’s ongoing dedication to enhancing features and safeguarding users’ benefits.

No More War is a retrospective of photographer Giles Duley’s work in EMERGENCY’s hospitals in Afghanistan and Iraq. From design studio +fortuna:

It is the personal account of a photographer who for decades documented and experienced the impact of war firsthand, to the point of being seriously injured by an explosive device. Kabul 2012, Mosul 2017 and Kabul 2021 recount Duley's journey through photographs and words from his diary, words written shortly before the Taliban took the city in 2021.

The exhibition project takes the visitor through an immersive journey, built from images, texts, audio, artwork and artistic contaminations, thanks to the contributions of Sibomana, Christina Balit, Emma Francis and Massive Attack. It presents itself as a means of information and reflection, becoming an important tool for understanding this universal story.
The design challenge was to find a way to let each story, each face, find its space, make its voice heard to ask in unison: no more war.

Lobby of the LAPO venue in Geneva

LAPO is a new business in Geneva offering a wide range of aesthetic medical treatments in an unconventional atmosphere.

Design and advertising agency Wow created a specific graphic language in collaboration with artist Asa Ariyoshi-Pope, visually supporting an overt, accessible and playful attitude towards aesthetic treatments.

The interior design of the first location in Geneva was designed in collaboration with Coral Studio, who also designed Lapo’s logo. The resulting interior is highly compliant with the corporate design style guide, featuring strong color accents and an obvious reference to flowing, clear lines and rounded shapes.

This reference is also visible in the choice of the corporate font. Relais Display, designed by Alexander Rütten and Olivia Wood from Ligature Type, is used in the logo, and also for headlines and text in all media (web, print, social media) in various styles.

Relais Display supports clarity and adds elegance, accentuating a ‘French touch’ in the general appearance of the corporate design.

A bold, future-facing rebrand was architected for Clarify Health, a leading healthcare analytics provider, to set the blueprint for its next evolution. Founded in 2015, Clarify uncovers insights hidden within healthcare data, translating them into actionable decisions that reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Designed by Practice Inc, the whole rebranding is using Fabio XM as their brand typeface, paired with a custom logo.

Naoto is a voluntary association created with the aim of supporting the Regina Margherita children’s hospital in Turin, Italy. Raised funds are donated to the Pediatric Orthopedics and Traumatology Department.

The founders’ desire has always been to present a playful and funny image, which could attract donors, but above all make the hospital patients feel at ease. For this reason the name takes inspiration from Naoto Date (伊達 直人), the original name of Tiger Mask, the manga hero who won wrestling matches to donate the proceeds to children. And let’s face it, children love tigers!

The brand identity designed by Kalla is bold and playful thanks to the F37 Kookie Black font by F37. The Japanese glyphs are custom. Some small text (such as the email on the business card) uses Poppins.

Type is alternated with instinctive and raw traits like those that children draw on paper. Just like the illustrations created by Kalla, they are nothing more than recolorings of the little patients’ drawings.
