In fall 2018, Begemann Schule launched a new visual identity. The new look of the private school in Munich-Pasing is built around the chosen typeface family. Studio Umlaut worked with the Cera series (TypeMates, 2015–) by local designer Jakob Runge. All communication, from stationery to door signs and brochures, is distinguished by the use of this recent addition to the geometric sans serif genre. The website combines three of the six weights of Cera. Logo and outdoor signs are in Cera Stencil. The result is a refreshingly neat and consistent identity, certainly for a school.
